Permanent Makeup or Cosmetic Tattooing is a technique that applies permanent pigment into the dermis (skin) that allows a desired look to be achieved that resembles a soft make up look. Powder Brows
Powder Brow is a cosmetic tattoo technique that is preformed with a tattoo machine to achieve a fuller and more defined brow. Depending on the desired look and the clients skin type, some times a microblade will be used along with the tattoo machine. The finished and healed look will mimic a powder filled brow with a nice soft finish that will last 1-3 years before needing a touch up.
What is the process?
Consultation
You will see on our booking site that we offer an In Person consultation and a Virtual Consultation option. The consultation is optional and is also offered at no cost. During the consultation, Kristin will go over any questions that you may have, and also will map out your brows to help show you what brow shape is ideal according to your facial features and will help you both agree on a game plan moving forward.
When you take the leap and book your Permanent Brow appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit is due in order to hold that slot. Once booked, you will then receive an email with some forms that need to be filled out prior to your appointment. Included in the forms will also be instructions on how to prep for your appointment and certain products are services that need to be avoided.

When you arrive, you will be set up in a sterile room that is prepped just for you. While still sterile, it also is a very cozy room that will help you feel comfortable. Kristin will then go over the process with you from start to finish and will make sure you are confident in your mapping of what your new brows will look like before starting the tattoo. Numbing cream is used to help the process be very manageable with very little pain. She also suggests bringing earbuds into your appointment with you to help you completely relax.

Once the process is all finished, and you are both completely happy with the outcome, Kristin will go over aftercare with you and will also send you home with an aftercare kit. Then, before leaving, you will set up your Touch Up appointment 6-10 weeks later. $350 is due at the end of this appointment and will include that touch up.
Yearly Touch Up
Powder Brow is a very gentle technique that only implants pigment into the upper layers of your skin, therefore the color will fade over time and will need touched up every 1-3 years to keep the desired look. This will restore the shape, color and definition. This process can be different for everyone and will require a quick chat with Kristin prior to booking to make sure that it is an appropriate time for a touch up. Fading is different for everyone as different lifestyles will be a factor, as long as following proper aftercare. The appropriate time would be once the brows begin to fade or some areas start to appear lighter than others. This appointment varies in price but will typically range between $150-$250.
Am I a good candidate?
